I’m Hanna, the photographer behind WesArt, and family photography is my passion. I work across the Oulu region and welcome families to my peaceful, homely studio in Kempele, where everyone can feel at ease and be themselves. Family sessions are close to my heart: I aim to capture the laughter, closeness and small gestures that tell your story. My special skill is creating a relaxed, child-led atmosphere. I book only a few sessions each day so every family has time to settle in, relax and find natural moments for the camera. I know how children and babies behave — when play draws their attention, when a break is needed, and how to gently connect with quieter little ones. The studio is stocked with carefully chosen props and a client closet of outfits, but I also encourage you to bring everyday items that make the images uniquely yours. My style blends timelessness with personality: together we look for the lights, tones and compositions that will stand the test of time. I also offer fine art–inspired images when you prefer a more classical or artistic finish. Family photography can become a meaningful series over the years: maternity sessions, newborn moments and the different stages of childhood form a narrative that I love to record. My working approach is warm and professional — you’ll receive a preparation guide before the session, we’ll take breaks as needed during the shoot, and I’ll help you choose the best images afterwards. I’m an award-winning photographer and a Qualified European Photographer, and I care deeply that your images succeed both technically and emotionally.
