My speciality is family photography — I love capturing everyday and celebratory moments that tell your family's own story. In my studio in Espoo I create an unhurried, warm and safe atmosphere where both children and adults feel relaxed. Atmosphere matters most: a gentle approach helps genuine expressions and cohesive images to arise. I always plan family sessions in advance and listen to your wishes: whether you prefer classic studio portraits with different backdrops, a relaxed boho-style lifestyle session on the bed, or an outdoor shoot in the soft light of an August evening. My studio offers a rich selection of props — pillows, blankets, sheepskins and beautiful fabrics — which I use to create timeless, atmospheric images. In the colour palette I favour light, muted natural tones and neutral outfit choices that complement each other and make the photos harmonious. Working with children and babies calls for calmness and flexibility. I trained as a photographer at Helsinki Design School (2018) and, as a mother myself, I am especially experienced at creating a session where even the smallest family members feel comfortable. A shoot may include playtime, moments of togetherness and natural portraits — my aim is to preserve the warmth of family connections and the small, important details. My working method is people-centred: I give gentle guidance with poses, leave room for natural interaction and encourage relaxed connection. I also advise on styling and outfit coordination to ensure the images look cohesive. Post-production is tasteful and natural: I perform careful editing and light retouching so the final photos remain authentic and timeless. The outcome is cohesive image sets that look beautiful on the wall, in an album and in digital form. Newborn or maternity sessions can easily be combined into a full family session if you wish to document an entire life stage. I offer high-resolution digital files, optional prints and albums, and an online gallery for easy viewing and sharing.
