Making the precious visible — that's the core of my work. I'm Photographer Anna Dammert, a family photographer based near Olari, and my passion is to capture genuine, touching family moments in a way that feels right now and preserves memories for years to come. My specialty is family photography: I create images that don’t force smiles or poses, but instead build a warm, relaxed moment where children and parents can be themselves. My shooting style is soft, light-sensitive and respectful of the situation — I often work in the family’s own home, in my studio around Olari, or in meaningful outdoor and environmental locations. I favour natural interaction: playful moments, little tasks and humour that bring out authentic expressions and touching glances. When working with newborns and babies I am calm and patient. I discuss details with the family in advance, warm the shooting space if needed, and bring soft props and wraps to ensure comfort. Home sessions are often the most natural option for the tiniest family members, while the studio allows us to create a controlled and varied light environment — the choice is always guided by the family’s wishes. The session flow is warm and clear: I map out your wishes beforehand, we choose location and style together, and we shape the shoot so the whole family can relax. With little ones we proceed slowly; with older children we play and brainstorm together. The result is images that speak to the intimacy of everyday life and the significance of celebrations — family portraits, sibling photos, individual child portraits, and event memories such as christenings or confirmation photos. Although family photography is my primary focus, I also occasionally photograph maternity and personal portraits. I work mainly as a family photographer in the Olari–Espoo area, and my aim is always to make your moment feel valuable and visible.
