Studio LempiKuva is a family photography studio based in Vantaa, dedicated to photographing families and children. I’m Katja, a mother of two young girls and a family photographer working in the studio — I understand how important it is to create a safe, calm atmosphere so genuine moments can emerge naturally. I approach family photography with warmth and an appreciation for everyday realism. In my images I aim to capture a naturally warm atmosphere and spontaneity: playful moments, tenderness and the small joys of daily life. Our studio is small and homely, designed especially with children’s needs in mind — a relaxed pace, child-friendly props and a wardrobe of loan clothes help make the session smooth and stress-free for the whole family. My work always begins with listening: do you prefer classic portraits, more playful candid moments, or a mix of both? I assist with planning the shoot, selecting props and, if needed, styling. After the session you’ll view the images in an online preview gallery and choose the photos you love. I keep clients involved throughout the process and offer professional guidance in image selection so the final result resonates with your family. Specializing in families and child photography, I know how to work sensitively at different ages — with newborns, toddlers and older children. Sessions always proceed at the children’s pace: we allow time for feeding, comforting and play so the mood stays authentic and relaxed.
